Types of Inspections Available:
Slabs: Inspected just prior to concrete placement. All forms, reinforcement, and foundation penetrations are checked. $195
Piers, foundation framing, and subflooring is checked. $175
All framing including bracing, cornice and decking complete, with windows and doors in place. Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough in completed. Starting at $295 – based on size
This inspection is when the home is substantially complete with all final connections completed and all utilities on. Grading and drainage should be completed.
NEW Home Inspections
