What We Find

Infrared Thermography is diagnostic technique in which a thermal imaging camera is used to see temperature variations, pinpointing root causes of water intrusion, thermal inefficiency and other problem areas. By locating exactly where a problem originated from with an infrared scan, costly repairs are eliminated or reduced.

Thermal infrared scan revealing moisture intrusion in building materials

Water Detection

Moisture Intrusion

  • Identify wet building materials
  • Track moisture intrusion to its source
  • Reveals problem areas that need to be addressed, before they become more severe.

Building Envelope

Energy Efficiency

  • Identify Heat Loss and Air Leakage
  • Verify Insulation and Building Envelope Performance
  • Target Energy Improvements with Precision

Roofing Systems

Flat Roofs

  • Locate Trapped Moisture in Roofing Systems
  • Non-Destructive Roof Assessment
  • Reduce Repair Costs and Extend Roof Life

Electrical Systems

Electrical Surveys

  • Non-destructive thermal diagnostics
  • Standards-compliant inspection methods
  • NFPA 70B Compliance

The Advantage

Why Infrared?

01

Non-Destructive, Advanced Diagnostic Tool: Infrared surveys detect hidden building deficiencies without cutting, drilling, or disrupting operations.

02

Reveals Conditions Not Visible to the Naked Eye: Thermal imaging identifies moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, electrical anomalies, and energy loss that traditional inspections may miss.

03

Supports Informed Maintenance and Repair Decisions: Objective thermal data helps prioritize repairs, reduce risk, and allocate capital based on actual building conditions.
